Contacting the seller has been very difficult & instead of just accepting the issue have told me returning an item is complicated so they would offer me £8 (it cost £31.99 ) to keep it & maybe then I could give it away as a present. There is no pre- paid return slip so this has to be done at your own expense. I do think when this is the case it should be highlighted to the customer especially when it comes from abroad.
