When I arrived I was a little hard to handle
Apply w40 to the joints routs and I am perfect
Now it turns quite smoothly and I handle it only with the hand
Serves very well for my USB microscope
The price is low and the quality is questionable, it is better to buy more expensive pantograph with better quality. 4.5/10

so made my own and it works now
Amazing for this price. The screws are a bit too tight but after some movements it moves smooth and stays in place, even with a quite heavy mic.
That being said, the quality of the scissor arm is really good, which makes not being able to use it even more infuriating.
After attach the arm to my desk it feel really steady and strong but a little bit short, so if you need long arm it's not the one.
I still didn't got my microphone so i can't speak for how it hold it but I think it will be ok, in addition you have a adapter included with the mic holder.
Really good quality for the price, recommended for now(Still need to see how long it will hold).

I use a Shure microphone and this stand is too weak for such a heavy microphone.
I recommend everyone to check the clamp structure before buying as this is the weakest point of a arm like this.
