Refund and Returns Policy

Important Information to know:

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

Returning an Item? You have 30 days

If you’ve had a change of heart and need to return a product, you have 30 days from the date of item collection or delivery to initiate the return process.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging (with the tags if applicable)
  • The security seals are intact, and the item is in a condition that is eligible for resale.
  • We require the proof of purchase.
  • If the item contains any free or gift item, it must be returned along the item.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items 

Proocessing Refunds/Returns: What you need to know

We will process refunds using the original payment method. If you paid using a card, it may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account. If you paid with PayPal, please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Your statutory rights will not be affected.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Faulty or Damaged Item: What you need to do

In case of a defective item, we provide a 30-day window for returns, within which you can opt for an exchange, replacement, or a refund. Should the item develop a fault after this period, but still falls under warranty, we’ll facilitate a repair procedure through our specialized repair agents. If repairing the item is not feasible, we’ll either replace or exchange it.

In the event that the item you received is damaged, please contact us promptly to arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund. Depending on the specific circumstances, we may also offer a partial refund if the damage is merely cosmetic and you prefer to keep the item.

Important to note:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

      • Book with obvious signs of use

      • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

      • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

      • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
