Return Process
I want to return an item.
- From your Account Dashboard select Orders.
- Select Item Return & Request Warranty. (this link is not showing, send an email to refunds@profitbuy.uk)
- From the Request Refuns/Return page, and by checking the checkbox, select item or items you wish to return.
- Select ITEM RETURN & REQUEST WARRANTY below
At the stage you have the opportunity to select how many quantity to return. the default is 1.
Complete the form the RMA form.
- I want to request for a: From the options select either Replacement or Return
- Return Shipping: Select Royal Mail.
- Tracking: Enter the tracking code given to you. If no tracking code, kindly leave blank.
- From the options, select reason to request for warranty.
- Select SUBMIT
You will receive an email confirmation.
