if you want to put heavy lights ( more than 500grams) I don't believe that is a good choice for you. My lights are ulanzi VL110 RGB with weight of less than 400grams.
if you want lightweight, portable tripods for lightweight light sources then I recommend them. keep in mind that their best height is around 170cm and you need to order the 200cm for that. closed is 48cm and the weight is around 600g-700g
Just keep in mind that they are not super resistant materials, but that they work for a couple of times.
